Ms. Katy Maestas


Ms. Katy holds a Masters Degree in Education with an emphasis in Child Development and a Multi-Subject Teaching Credential. She has been an educator in the Christian community for over a decade. Ms. Katy believes that helping to shape young minds for Jesus is both a privilege and calling on one’s life. She is a mother of two who enjoys being an active member of the Galt community and New Hope Church.

Ms. Katie Faccini

Room 2 Teacher

Ms. Katie holds a Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in music from CSUS Stanislaus. Katie uses her God given gift of musicality in both her church as well in local community theater. Ms. Katie is a mother of a preschooler herself and is an avid Giant’s fan. It’s no wonder that children are drawn to Ms. Katie because the joy of the Lord exudes from her fun, enthusiastic and creative personality.

Mrs. Alicia Wynia

Room 3 Teacher

Mrs. Alicia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Development. She is married and a mother of two beautiful girls. Mrs. Alicia and her family are Galt locals and long term members of our community. Alicia is a lady of faith who is also a preschool mommy herself. She is excited to serve Him in her first Christian school employment.

Mrs. Patricia Baumbach

Room 4 Teacher

Mrs. Tricia, like her mother before her, was called by God to teach young minds. Her heart for education is felt by all who enter her classroom. Mrs. Tricia enjoys spending time outside in God’s creation with her husband and son. Mrs. Tricia considers her greatest blessing to be motherhood.

Mrs. Rebecca Berry

Afternoon Teacher

Ms. Becky has earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Ashford College and is newly married. Ms. Becky and her family have strong ties to the Galt community; they own and operate the local Barber Shop. Ms. Becky has a passion for missionary work and Christian education. Her love for Jesus can be seen in all that she does.

Substitute Teacher

Ms. Virginia blesses us with her presence and expertise in the field of early childhood education. She is a grandmother who has taught preschool for over 40 years. Ms. Virginia comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and a heart for Jesus.


Ms. Carol Peterson

Substitute Teacher

Ms. Carol has been in the field of Early Childhood Education for 54 years. She is a grandmother who enjoys spending time with her family and reading her Bible. Ms. Carol attends a Christian Church in Galt and teaches Missionettes to our local youth. Ms. Carol will be concluding her career at New Hope Preschool where it began decades ago.
