We value children. In fact, we believe that children are the church of today, the church of tomorrow’s leaders. Sunday morning our New Hope Kids ministry is in full swing with services tailored to captivate and teach them about God’s love and how to live as followers of Jesus Christ.
Developing strong relationships, offering engaging activities, fostering spiritual transformation, and encouraging community service are just some of the ways our student ministries partner with parents to raise up healthy teens and prepare them for their future. Our youth ministry engages youth in diverse and life-changing ways.
When you walk through our doors or meet us on the street, everyone should feel like you’ve been welcomed and accepted into our church family. Try one of our homemade treats along with coffee or tea on Sunday morning.
Taking care of one another is vital. Don’t be surprised if you receive a card, call, email, or visit from us letting you know we value you and are praying for you. Community Care ministries focus on taking care of our facilities and one another.
Even though we all lead busy lives, we have events where men come together for fun, fellowship, and food. Men need the friendship and support of other men, and we endeavor to foster these relationships on a regular basis.
Conferences, social times, and deep relationships are just a few of the ways the women of New Hope invest in and value one another. Our women’s ministry activities and events are your opportunity not just to make a friend, but to grow, find support, love, and to belong to a caring community.
New Hope Preschool is foremost a place for your child to grow mentally, spiritually, and socially. For more information, please visit our preschool information page (needs a link to PS page).
New Hope Church as been a part of the Galt community since before 1950. In 1980, we purchased the property on New Hope Road and built our current facilities and preschool. For the past seven decades, New Hope as served the spiritual needs of many who call Galt home. New Hope has also had the distinct privilege of caring for and educating several generations of Galt’s preschoolers. Ed Pagh, our current pastor, and his wife Denise joined us in June of 2015. They have a passion for people and desire New Hope to be a people of acceptance, grace, love, and hope in Galt. Our story continues….and we’d love to have you be a part of it.
We believe the bible is inspired by God, revealing God, his Kingdom, and his love. It is accurate, authoritative and applicable to our everyday lives.
We believe there is one true, triune God; Father, Son and Spirit.
We believe we live in a sinful and broken world and that God desires to have a renewed relationship with humanity through our repentance and faith.
We believe Jesus Christ is God’s Son, fully divine and fully human, having lived, died and risen again so we may have a renewed, reconciled relationship with God.
We believe the Holy Spirit fills, leads, gifts, and works directly in the lives of people so that our lives may look more like Christ Jesus.
We believe the church is the people of God who worship God, help one another in our journeys of faith, and participate in the mission of God by sharing and living the gospel in our culture.
